Frequently asked questions

Sessions, dates, grouping, and how NextUp works.

Can I register for Tuesdays only or Thursdays only?

Yes. Each session offers three options: Tuesdays only, Thursdays only, or both days.

We encourage players to do both when they can. Tuesday is for learning and sharpening skills, and Thursday puts those skills to work in competitive play. Booking both days also costs less: $275 instead of $300 for Session 1, and $550 instead of $600 for Session 2.

What are the specific training dates?

Session 1

Time: 5:00–6:00 p.m., both days

Tuesdays: November 17 & 24; December 1, 8, 15 & 22

Thursdays: November 19; December 3, 10 & 17

Session 2

Time: 4:00–5:00 p.m., both days

Tuesdays: January 5, 12, 19 & 26; February 2, 9 & 16; March 2, 9 & 16

Thursdays: January 7, 14, 21 & 28; February 4, 11 & 18; March 4, 11 & 18

No training during February vacation week.

See sessions & registration for pricing and sign-up.

How are players grouped?

Players will be grouped by age, ability, and skill level to create the most appropriate and challenging training environment. Programming is organized around three grade bands: grades 3–4, 5–6, and 7–8.

Who is NextUp designed for?

NextUp is for committed, competitive players in grades 3 through 8 who want more from their development and are ready to be challenged in a focused, high-level environment.

  • Grades 3–4: building a strong technical foundation, confidence on the ball, and creativity.
  • Grades 5–6: sharpening technique, playing faster, and making better decisions under pressure.
  • Grades 7–8: preparing for the pace and demands of high school and advanced club soccer.

How are players selected?

NextUp is a selective program built for committed, competitive players who are ready for a demanding training environment. Players who are not yet ready for NextUp may be directed toward other developmental opportunities that better fit their current needs.
